Thank you for your purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive a tracking number. Once your tracking number is sent, please send all additional communication to UPS or UPS as it is no longer in our possession.

DAMAGED/LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES:

If your package was lost, stolen, or damaged after we handed it to UPS or USPS, BrepHreshed LLC is not responsible. All claims must be made with the carrier. Once you receive a tracking number, it's your responsibility to contact the carrier about any issues.If your package arrives damaged, lost, or stolen, please contact the carrier to open up a claim. UPS is responsible for reimbursing you for their negligence.

INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES:

If you are making an international order, please note we use USPS. Once a package leaves the United States to go to your country, the US postal site stops tracking it. You will need to contact the post office or customs in your country with questions concerning your package.

Please keep in mind the rules and regulations that your country has for products that are allowed to enter the country. We are not responsible for any items that are held by customs if the country prohibits the items. We are not responsible for additional custom fees we have no control over this.

INVALID ADDRESS:

If you make a mistake on the address and the package is returned to sender, we will require payment for an additional shipping fee. Please be careful when typing the address, as we would hate for you to repay for shipping.

If you no longer want the products, you will not receive a refund on your initial shipping payment because this was paid to the carrier. If your product was sent out or scanned in a facility, they will not refund the postal fee.

ALLERGIES:

Please review ingredients on all products to avoid allergy issues. Most customers love our products and we appreciate you for trying our natural solutions to vaginal care.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS

Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges of any kind.

Once an order is placed, we are not able to cancel it.
