Because of this please allow up to 21 business days to receive a tracking number. Once your tracking number is sent, please send all additional communication to USPS as it is no longer in our possession.
Where is My Order?:
When ordering with us, your order goes through 6 stages. There is no specific timeframe that your order will stay in a stage. Remember we have up to 21 business days(30 calendar days) to send tracking information.
1. Order Placed - this means we have received your order.
2. Pink Nookie Headquarters - all of our products are handmade in small batches. This stage just means that the products in your order are being handmade with love.
3. Ready to ship- this means we have processed and packed your order. Your order is currently awaiting pick up by USPS.
4. In Transit - this means your order has been picked up by USPS. Once your order reaches this point BrepHreshed LLC should no longer be your point of contact.
5. Out for delivery - this means that USPS says your order will be at your door step by the end of day.
6. Delivered - this means that USPS says that your order has now been delivered. Should you receive this notice and are unable to locate the package, please contact USPS for assistance.
Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
DAMAGED/LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES:
If your package is lost/stolen after being delivered to the post office or while you are home, BrepHreshed LLC cannot be responsible. All lost/stolen package claims must be made with the post office. Once you receive a tracking number it is your responsibility to contact the post office about issues regarding your package. Unfortunately, once we hand over your package to USPS we have no more information about your package. If your package arrives damaged, please contact USPS to open up a claim. USPS is responsible for reimbursing you for their damage. Once you open your claim please send proof of that to email@example.com and we will give you a discount on your replacement order for the inconvenience.
If you are making an international order, please note we use USPS. Once a package leaves the United States to go to your country, the US postal site stops tracking it. You will need to contact the post office or customs in your country with questions concerning your package. Please keep in mind the rules and regulations that your country has for products that are allowed to enter the country. We are not responsible for any items that are held by customs if the country prohibits the items. We are not responsible for additional custom fees we have no control over this.
If you make a mistake on the address and the package and it is returned to sender we will require payment for an additional shipping fee. Please be careful when typing address we would hate for you to repay for shipping. You do not receive a refund on your initial shipping payment because this was paid to USPS and if your product was sent out/ scanned in a facility they will not refund the postal fee.

Every purchase made is nonrefundable and nonexchangeable. We will not cancel any order placed.
