Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Timeframes:

Thank you for your purchase. Your support and loyalty is important to us. As you all know our brand is now viral. We are a small family owned and operated business.  All orders are handmade and packaged by our two owners. Because of this please allow up to 21 business days to receive a tracking number. Once your tracking number is sent, please send all additional communication to USPS as it is no longer in our possession.

Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. 

DAMAGED/LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES:

If your package is lost/stolen after being delivered to the post office or while you are home BrepHreshed LLC  cannot be responsible. Claims must be made with the post office. Once you receive a tracking number it is your responsibility to contact the post office about issues regarding your package. Unfortunately, we have no information about your package. Once given to the post office they would be of better assistance to you. However, if your package is damaged we will give you a discount on your replacement order.

INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES:

If you are making an international order, please note we use USPS! Once a package leaves Indianapolis, IN to go to your country the US postal site stops tracking it. You will need to contact the post office or customs in your country with questions concerning your package. Please keep in mind the rules and regulations that your country has for products that are allowed to enter the country. We are not responsible for any items that are held by customs if the country prohibits the items. We are not responsible for additional custom fees we have no control over this.

INVALID ADDRESS:

If you make a mistake on the address and the package and it is returned to sender we will refund you minus a convenience fee. Please be careful when typing address we would hate for you to repay for shipping. You do not receive a refund on your initial shipping payment because this was paid to USPS and if your product was sent out/ scanned in a facility they will not refund the postal fee.  

BILLING AND SHIPPING MUST MATCH AT THE TIME YOU PURCAHSE. WE WILL NO LONGER UPDATE ADDRESSES MANUALLY

Every purchase made is nonrefundable and nonexchangeable.
