I have severe arthritis & i swell so bad i can't use my hands or move my ankles/walk the pain gets so bad since taking 4 drops twice daily my swelling has gone down quite a bit the taste can be bitter but I take it with graoe juice & both are great for your immune system is also noticed how it helps with my digestion my bloating staying regular & it def helps your nookie i was on antibiotics for a tooth infection & it not only helped the infection but helped the swelling with my gums & the pain. It also kept helped my symptoms I thought i was getting a yeast but I used a dropper full soaked in my bath with the nookie bomb & doubled my shots my symptoms went completely away!
